VIDEO: Mugabe slams Burundian President for wanting 3rd term


The Chairperson of the African Union and Zimbabwean President Robert Mugabe has slammed Burundi's president Pierre Nkurunziza's third term bid.



Mugabe did not mention Nkurunziza by name but lashed out at presidents who find excuses to stay on in power beyond constitutionally mandated two terms. He was speaking at the opening of the African Union heads of states summit in Sandton. President Mugabe, who has led Zimbabwe for 35 years - urged leaders to be principled and stop causing problems that force their own people to become refugees.
