VIDEO: Nigerian police shot a driver & killed his wife because of $10

In this video by PBS, a Nigerian tricycle driver and his wife were shot because  he refused to give a $10 bribe (Note - his story was concluded at the end of the video). 

Everyday in Nigeria, police officers routinely demand bribes, local government leaders pocket money meant for schools and the former national security advisor is accused of stealing billions from the military. As part of a week-long series "Nigeria: Pain and Promise," PBS reports on the challenges of fighting corruption.
