Rwanda's Kagame hits back at U.S for condemning his intention for third term

The president of Rwanda, Paul Kagame has hit back at the U.S for condemning his intention to run for third term. 
A referendum recently passed by 98% in Rwanda says Kagame could run for 3rd term and possibly remain in power till 2032. After the U.S State Department said in a statement that
Washington was “deeply disappointed” by his decision to not step down ahead of the 2017 poll, Kagame took to Twitter to hit back:
