I'm still waiting for the time when something like this can happen in Nigeria, for a President to be held accountable for embezzling money meant for the public.
In South Africa, a top court has found Mr. President guilty of spending $20 million in public funds on renovating his private home in Nkandla.
The renovation includes visitors' center, amphitheater, cattle ranch, poultry and swimming pool. Although Zuma had argued that the pool also doubles as a water reservoir for fire-fighting purposes, South Africans did not believe him. See pictures of the house below:
