Give it up for my Ghanaian sister! Rebecca Asamoah was crowned the first Miss Africa Continent in a competition that included wearing traditional costumes and elaborately beaded headdresses. 

The 24-year-old dental hygienist beat 11 finalists drawn from an original list of 40 contestants from across Africa in the inaugural pageant at Johannesburg’s Gold Reef City casino on Saturday night. 

She is not only gorgeous, I really love the fact that she did not bleach her skin!
