The President of Equatorial Guinea has appointed his son as his Vice-President! Meet Teodoro Nguema Obiang Mangue, the free spending son of the President. 

 In this old video (around 1998), he was shopping in Paris. They literally close down stores when he shops, so they can attend to him alone.
