PHOTOS: Nigeria’s Attorney General gets court order designating IPOB a terrorist organization

The Nigerian government has followed the legal process by getting a court order to legalize the declaration of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, a terrorist organization.

The order filed by the Attorney-General of the Federation (AGF), Abubakar Malami, was granted by the Federal High Court in Abuja on Wednesday.

Justice Abdu Kafarati granted the order proscribing the group.

He declared that the activities of IPOB in Nigeria, particularly in the South-East or South-South regions, henceforth, constituted “an act of terrorism.”

The Defence Headquarters had on Friday announced the declaration of the group as a terrorist organization after its members clashed repeatedly with soldiers in Abia State following the launch of Operation Python Dance II in the South-East.

  1. Buhari regime with games and lies to make something legal, illegal. Silencing Kanu will NOT silence RESTRUCTURING Nigeria to Independence Constitution that was agreed upon by our founding fathers.

When does demand for referendum becomes acts of terrorism? Who went to court to demand that Buhari's herds men are classified as terrorists?

Tear this Nigeria down so people can go to their separate ways. Water and oil do not and cannot mix. Difficult to live with and share a country with people that marry 6 year old babies.

Nigeria is a country that totally sucks.
No police again, no national security.
A country where military intimidates citizens.
The other way round am yet to know why Nnamdi kanu can't meet with the presidency to discuss this his biafra thing.
Thousands of youth have died in this Biafra thing, and am sure that these guys already know that hell fire will fit them, because God didn't create you in him image to come and fool on earth.
